  1. Plug the product into regular socket
  2. Push the POWER button in the middle, then you should see the digital displays come on
  3. Push the TEMP up button to set the desired temperature (25-80℃ or 77-176℉). You can adjust temperature incrementally or hold the button for larger adjustments (same for time setting)
  4. After setting temperature and time, the product will begin working in 1 second (indicated by flickering red dot)
  5. Press Rise temperature and Fall time buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit
